Make your next, your best

At Gregario, we focus on the most important part of any bike: the person riding it. Our mission is to create bespoke bikes and builds that work with your body, and align seamlessly with your riding style, goals, and needs.

As an independent bike shop, with no brand ties or sales quotas, we’re in a unique position to offer truly unbiased advice. That means we won’t push you toward one brand or another. Instead, we’ll help you find the frame, components, and setup that genuinely suit you. Our only goal is to make sure you end up with a bike that makes you smile every time you see it.

Because of this mindset, and the deep experience we bring, we’re perfectly set up to guide you through the journey of building a bike that truly fits. For many riders, that journey leads to a custom build, and in some cases, even a fully custom geometry frame. Whatever path you take, we’re here to help you find the setup that makes riding feel just right.

Custom Builds

If you already have a frame in mind, or don’t need full bespoke geometry a custom build is likely the sweet spot.

This is what most riders picture when they think “custom bike”: starting with a stock frame and dialling in every component to match your goals, preferences, and riding style. It’s ideal if you want a bike for a specific purpose, need performance or comfort beyond standard builds, or simply love choosing every detail.

Custom builds are usually ready faster and more budget-friendly than full custom geometry. The trade-off is that the fit and handling aren’t tailored from the ground up, but with the right frame and well-chosen components, the result can be extraordinary. That’s exactly what our Build & Find Service is designed for.

Custom Geometry

This is custom at its purest. A frame designed from the ground up around you. No presets, no compromises. Every angle, dimension, and detail is tailored to your body, your riding style, and the experience you want on the bike. Fit, handling, tire clearance, custom geometry brings it all together in perfect balance.

Our frames are built by master craftspeople in small workshops, from steel and titanium to cutting-edge carbon. We collaborate with top builders like Cicli Barco, Victoire, Belle Cycles, Terra Bikes, Festka, Chiru and Massacan, each with their own philosophy and strengths. We’ll help you choose the builder who best matches your vision.
